We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Supervisor**, based in **Torreón, Coahuila.**_ _(E-Systems Division).
As Quality Supervisor will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Quality Coordinator.
**Your tasks will be**:
- Follow up on systems and procedures for quality control.
- Maintain workstations with procedures and visual aids that are always updated and in good condition, with all requirements and inspection of the first piece.
- Carry out the in-process inspection and final audit.
- Obtain good results in your area in the quality walks and internal and external audits of IATF16949.
- Ensure the taking of corrective actions in the process or area, resulting from quality problems.
- Stop production processes where quality problems or non-compliance with systems are detected.
- Inform staff about customer complaints, reasons, and actions to take.
- Ensure monitoring of quality procedures and systems.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering, Business Management or any related field.
- 1+ Years on similar positions within the automotive harness industry.
