Multidisciplinary Leadership Skills verifiable.
Resource Management Effort and Cost estimations.
Knowledge of Development Process, Risk Management, Change Management.
Strategy development and execution.
Experience at least 10 years in R&D activities
Advance knowledge of BCM Products.
