Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist - Inbound

Job Description:This is a full-time STABLE position for a remote sales representative to work for an established Real Estate Investing Company that specializes in purchasing distressed properties from motivated sellers. Salary plus commission!Job Requirements Include:- Reliable Phone AND Internet Service.- Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with PERFECT grammar.- Sales experience - at least 1 year is required.- 8 hours a day M-F, with some weekend and evening availability.- Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.- Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building.- Quiet work space is a must.- Must be driven and self-motivated.Main Responsibilities Include:- Handle incoming calls from potential sellers to obtain information on their property.- Follow up with potential sellers who were contacted in the past.- Negotiate with sellers to reach an agreement on the purchase price.- Build rapport and identify the seller's problem to solve.- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.- Hit weekly KPI (calls made, talk time etc.).- Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner.- Use our client management software (Podio) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.- Stay organized and switch to other tasks with ease.- Work with an energetic team and have fun establishing rapport with sellers!BENEFITS:- Full-time Salary: $1,000 USD per month (paid bimonthly)- Commission paid monthly: 2% and up- Paid Time Off- Additional monthly and annual bonuses are paid based on when target goals are met or exceeded.Pay: From $18,400.00 per month**Experience**:- Real Estate or Sales: 1 year (required)Work Location: Remote
