Real Estate & Customer Experience Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:2 to 5 years of industrial/commercial real estate experience recommended.Must be able to work well with internal partners (leasing, accounting, construction, etc.) as part of an integrated customer service team.Must possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong relationships with customers.Real Estate sales license preferred but not required.Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to multiple properties within a given portfolio.Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers.Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills preferred.Provide exceptional customer experiences and have the ability to communicate with both local and corporate contacts.Experience with implementing new initiatives, campaigns, or system upgrades and proven adoption and navigational skills.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Gym discountMajor medical expenses insuranceLife insuranceGrocery vouchersRestaurant vouchersWork Schedule:Monday to Friday10-hour shiftEducation:Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)Experience:Industrial/commercial real estate experience: 2 years (Mandatory)Leasing, accounting, construction: 1 year (Mandatory)Property transitions, portfolio acquisitions: 1 year (Mandatory)Language:English (Mandatory)Availability to Travel:50% (Mandatory)Work Location: On-site employment#J-18808-Ljbffr
