**Key Responsibilities**:
- Consults with stakeholders to deliver an overall staffing strategy that aligns with strategic business goals and the client's talent philosophy
- Participates in client/TA projects (outcome of staffing strategy or business change)
- Strong knowledge of skills and abilities (competencies) required for assigned business unit
- Possesses knowledge of company goals and competitive position; uses this knowledge to influence others
**Education**:
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- 3 or more years of experience (preferred)
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- This job does not have supervisory duties.

- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
