**About the role**:
The role is responsible to provide a behavioral driven methodology to drive a sustainable business and process excellence culture and continuously improve results, lead and coordinate the implementation of the Continuous Excellence, initiatives within the GBS centers in regions.
The CE Lead will also lead CE site Goal Alignment and focused Improvement pillar teams and Train coaches and assesses people within GBS regional center on CE methodology.
**What would you do?
**:
- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- Responsible for overall design and management of GA Pillar and its coordination at Regional Center level
- Establish governance in Center to identify, prioritize improvement/problem solving activities and assign the right resources fully integrated to the Operation Master Planning process in order to achieve GBS Priorities
- Work with Functional Service leads and Center Leads to break through functional silos, to support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- Build a continuous excellence culture together with center lead, that encourages innovation, service orientation, optimization, and simplification
**What will you need to be successful?
**:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business & Administration, Engineering or Sciences or other relevant qualification
- Good knowledge of Goal Alignment practices Operational Master Planning, Performance Measures, development of Operations Reviews, Problem solving and standard routines
- Knowledge of the use of problem-solving tools, 8 step problem solving, DMAIC, PDCA
- Proficient in commonly used and specified software e.g.
Microsoft suite, Power BI, Lucid chart
- Experience in implementing large scale lean and change initiatives within industry setting, Certifications - Six Sigma, Lean, Agile desirable
- Minimum 5-7 years significant Lean / Continuous Improvement delivery in a GBS organization, global or in a very large SSC, and/or have led extensive end-to-end sustainable process improvements in other industry with proven track record.
- Ability to lead direct and indirect reports to deliver proven sustainable business improvement initiatives
- A 'completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
