The Demand Planner Analyst is an individual contributor role. Primary role and mission is to:
- Expert on database management to support DP analysis.
- Active participation in the forecasting process across the Region, developing stat models to be enriched with building blocks & other inputs.
- Support on analysis of the regional demand planning WFA (weighted forecast accuracy) RCA, forecasting bias, and demand attainment in order to identify and visualize any opportunity or adjustments needed.
- Follow up and generation of Power BI reports that help the regular planning operation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze Affiliate / Brand demand trends and Building blocks as inputs for forecast modeling and analysis.
- Follow up on the accuracy of Affiliate / Brand demand plan and associated building blocks.
- Responsible to have the complete view of demand across basic and new SKUs within Affiliate / Brand and closure of any gap with related finance/ brand plans.
- Responsible for management and oversight of regional demand planning WFA, forecasting bias & demand attainment.
- Follow up and generation of Power BI reports that help the regular planning operation.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Administration, or related field.
- Direct experience: Minimum 1 years of related experience in Planning, preferably in a Demand Planning role.
- Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, desirable innovation planning and S&OP
- Knowledge of Power BI or another tool to program and generate dashboards.
- Analytical and modeling skills with hands-on experience with forecasting and planning tools.
