**Your Tasks**:
As Regional Project Manager HR Services, you are one of the key pillars of our HR Modernization approach. In this role, you are dedicating your skills to making sure we build a best in class services function in HR, both during set-up and when operating. You are responsible to understand the current ways of working in our affiliates and on Management Unit level, and to ensure the transfer of services to our newly set-up services organization will happen smoothly. After the transfer to the services organization, you are constantly working on improving processes. At the same time, you are part of an overall project, liaising with multiple stakeholders worldwide.
Your tasks
- Process Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation of existing HR processes, ensuring clarity and transparency in preparation for the transformation.
- Requirement Gathering: Understand local requirements with regards to differences to standard processes and digital tools (ServiceNow, Aconso), pass them on to the central project and digital delivery teams and coordinate implementation and testing activities between process / digital and local teams, watch and monitor progress and risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and improve processes collaboratively.
- Knowledge and Change Management: Support identification of knowledge and facilitate knowledge transfer to future global and local tools. Identify need for change in local and services organization and liaise with the change & comms workstream on designing and delivering trainings and communication.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, providing insights for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, closely collaborate with Global Process Governance Teams and Global Process Owners to implement process improvement opportunities.
- Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate potential risks associated with the transformational process.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of the transformation.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Business Psychology; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in process management with a strong understanding of process documentation and methodologies.
- Digital savviness and ability to translate between business and technological minded colleagues (and vice versa).
- Understanding of manufacturing and sales business models, ideally in an FMCG industry.
- Project management experience with a focus on structured and systematic approaches, especially with a focus on standardization of processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR processes, technology, and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry best practices.
- English fluently; any additional language a plus
- Willingness to travel (within the region Latam and to the other HUB locations Poland and India)
