The remaining holidays can be customized to your local national holidays.**Our Client**:Our client owns a group of three storage facilities in North Carolina and South Carolina, USA. They have another two storage facilities under contract/under construction that will begin operation in the next three to six months.**Job Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more storage facility locations- Promote positive online reviews- Interact with local maintenance crew and vendors to ensure the site is clean and presentable and that units are ready to rent.- Accept and process payments for storage rent- Prepare and submit operational, accounting, and/or other reports as required by company policy**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:- Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with customers.
