Remote L2 Production Support

NTT DATA Services is currently seeking a Remote L2 Production Support to join our team in or near GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico. The team member will work remotely from their home office in any city in Mexico.A Remote L2 Production Support team member is self-motivated with an ability to work independently, has a strong sense of ownership and accountability, pays attention to detail, is highly organized, and possesses excellent follow-up skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to summarize technical information for non-technical individuals.
