By specializing in these areas they can provide their customers and clients a knowledgeable based experience that stands out.Their mission is to provide customers and clients a quality and personalized rental or sale experience encompassed with Trust, Ease and Transparency.**Job Overview**:We are looking for a highly organized individual to manage the rental department desk. Their office receives 100s of new inquiries daily and while many things are automated they need someone who will be on top of the human interaction and can also not get discouraged from upset customers.The individual should be able to follow their instructions and make sure that everything is running smoothly.**Responsibilities (include but not limited to)**:- Review incoming form submission and review for accurate information, follow up with lead if information is not accurate.- Schedule "open houses" via salesforce/Jotform.- Monitor the openphone during the open house time to guide clients how to get to the unit & to see if anyone messages about running late etc.- Go through all the contact who were invited and who didn't show up without notice or let us know after the scheduled time for the open house that they wont make it and mark them inactive and as a no show lead in salesforce- Keep lead data clean in salesforce.- Escalate angry customers to the manager.**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:- Previous experience working in a similar role- Must be organized.- Cannot be highly sensitive and be able to maintain cool when dealing with upset customers.- Self starter- Customer service skills- Excellent English level both written and spoken**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
