They encourage their team to actively participate in growing their business by helping define best practices every day.- We are looking for a _**Receptionist **_to support the following activities:_- Handle a high volume of customer phone calls.- Understand the needs of the customer, open accounts, and answer questions with first-person resolution.- Route calls to internal areas as needed.- Document system with call notes and requests in real-time.- Alert supervisor to issues related to phones, computers, or other potentially disruptive matters in the reception area.- Arrange for backup support for planned absences, with supervisor approval.- Maintain current records for the reception desk.- Other duties and special projects as assigned.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday_- _Regular schedule: _10:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M. CST MX- _During daylight saving_: 9:00 a.M. to 6:00 p.M.
