To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration**.****What you will bring to the team**Responsible for providing second level support assistance to field technicians on TGCS and non-TGCS retail systems, self-checkout systems, total store services, servers and associated storage.**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Toshiba **Software Support Manager will involve**:- Second level remote Support- Attention to field technicians' requests.- Approval of parts to resolve incidents.- Validation of warranty claims.- Make remote connections to solve endpoint failures. (POS, Servers, PC, Printers)- Make remote connections for endpoint customization. (when the image is new)- Diagnostics and solution on site.- Validate parts availability in prophet tool.- Administrative- Meetings with suppliers.- Meetings with clients.- Meetings with PMs- OEM devices parts homologation- Development of technical manuals for courses.- RSPL, parts review- Field technicians training.- Attention of escalations of Field Managers**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**- 5 years of experience in hardware technology: Point of Sale, thermal and laser printers, monitors, scale, hand scanners, radio frequency devices, servers, Selfcheckout, etc.- 5 years of experience in SO: Windows and Linux (Configuration and customization)- Knowledgement in remote connections (putty, Win SCP, VNC),- Basic knowledgement of Office 365, Oracle.- Deep knowledgement of IT Retail infrastructure.- Service oriented.- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.**We offer**:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Constant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- Pleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).- Flexible work hours and dress code- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Major and Minor medical expenses insurance: Life, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage
