About the role:
The **Collections Representative** will be part of Collections Team; responsible for the management, monitoring, administration and collection of clients who are in arrears.
The Collections department is in charge of managing the portfolio in delinquency, through different means and collection channels; establishing strategies that allow achieving KPIs.
**Type of contract: Fixed Term (6 months)**
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuary, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
- +2 year of relevant work experience in banking, financial services, data science, or similar.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills
- Experience in collection processes - 1+ years
- Experience in data bases
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Proficient computer skills, including - Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI (desirable).
- Proficient English Skills, both verbal & written
What you will be doing:
- Management of telephone collection to high profile clients - risk
- Prepare portfolio performance reports and collection management results.
- Follow up of controls and tools with information to manage and analyze the collections portfolio.
- Analyze and coordinate collections strategies specifically focusing tracking and resolute generation of campaigns implemented in collections and salvage areas.
- Review trends in the collections portfolio, transforming data analysis into recommendations.
- Works together to collections supervisor in identify some opportunities of campaigns and incentives to reinforce the collections recoveries of the area.
- Support in ad-hoc activities.
- Participation in projects of process improvements.
- Maintain and improve the level of service.
