LRQA is seeking a dynamic and instinctive individual to support clients' social compliance, sustainability programs and ESG needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to join a rapidly growing and successful business that is disrupting traditional approaches to sustainability, responsible sourcing and supply chain management. The Responsible Sourcing Associate will be instrumental in supporting our existing relationships with US-based brand and retail client.

The Associate will ensure that program requirements from the client are understood, communicated, and acted upon within LRQA Assessment operations, tracking and monitoring against targets. They will work closely with the client and internal delivery teams to monitor services against agreed KPI's for existing contracts, escalating issues where needed. They will work closely with LRQA internal teams to guide activities for the client, focusing on client satisfaction and retention of revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Closely monitor progress of all assessment services for specific client on daily basis, identify potential risk of delay and follow up proactively with internal teams and clients to address the risk.
- Serve as liaison between client and Operations to ensure instructions reflect client requirements and ensure that client expectations can be met.
- Escalate to client in a timely manner for delay process and collaborate with related teams for corrective action plan.
- Maintain and provide most updated tracking reports/records to specific client on regular basis.
- Proactively work with the account manager to support client assessment needs, including pilot and official launch of new/expanded services.
- Respond to scheduling/reporting TATs related questions from specific client through daily communications and regular meetings.Respond to client's technical questions on assessment services and service delivery of all assessment services
- Collect related data and prepare quarterly KPI reports for specific client.
- Carry out specific, client related tasks where relevant that do not fit into normal operational delivery.
- Support with the onboarding process for clients as needed
- Other CS related activities (meetings, events, etc.)
- Bachelor degree and 4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance arena either for a brand/retailer or service provider
- Experience of working in a client facing commercial environment, including KPI and reporting;
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English;
- Well-organized and detail oriented;
- Strong sense of responsibility and team work;
- Global experience and/or experience working in a global operating environment a plus.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
