**RST Maintenance Leader**:
Assures legal compliance on maintenance works. Drives "Run to standard" culture and assures the teams to work to it (Safety, Quality, CL, CILs,SAP-PM/MM etc.). Contributes to define the Maintenance Roadmap based on the Site Strategy. Drives behaviour to go back to basic standard condition and defining basic standard condition,

**What You Will Do**:
- Is a Role Model for Safety
- Owns planned and unplanned maintenance processes.
- Vision of 0 stops philosophy, minimize unplanned stops using the Best-Practices in an efficient way + suggesting new BPs
- Establishes a Maintenance Meeting to plan all maintenance related activities (Planning and Scheduling)
- Coaches Organization in all behaviors and tools in terms of Maintenance
- Owns the maintenance management information system (incl. Technical Database, SAP etc.)
- Owns the process of breakdown elimination (OPA / OPL work) and develops strategy for Breakdown elimination and cost reduction
- Owns the quality standards for maintenance and their efficiency and owns Maintenance KPIs (e.g. budget, Defect trend)
- 5 year development plan on assets: maintenance investments, sustainability plan
- Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within their department
