You will report to S&T Product Development Supervisor.**Key Responsibilities**- Follow procedures to develop coatings, build the necessary evaluations to test the functionality of proposed new technologies by obtaining reliable data.- Interpret and document the results of the projects in which they collaborate.- Be responsible for equipment and laboratories within their work area.- Maintain communication and collaborate with the work team to propose improvements in the evaluated proposals to comply in time and form with the work plans of the projects.- Keep up to date, analyze and document coating formulation technologies for own professional development.- Work safely (understand safe operating procedures).
