Sales Account Specialist

In your new role you will:Secure new business while maintaining and developing existing business with key customers; provide customer support, address issues, communicate updates and build strong relationships.Drive new business opportunities through remote channels (e.G., virtual demos, video conferencing, web), and with the ability to support in-person when required (e.G., with FAE support).Support with conducting research on leads, develop understanding of prospect needs, and help with the active development of opportunities, both inbound and outbound.Build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty using digital tools.Prepare quotes and price negotiations.Contribute to design-win, business-win, and revenue growth for assigned customers.Assist with the validation and qualification of customer cross/upsell potential.Prioritize day-to-day activities independently & prepare customer interactions based on data & analytics.Update sales management systems for core activities (e.G.: CRM).Assume full ownership of accounts and manage stakeholder communications.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing in a global environment.Account Management skills.Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.Remote selling experience and analytical skills.Basic digital ambassadorship and change management skills (guiding the customer to digital self-serve).Knowledge of semiconductor products/applications.Great interpersonal and negotiation skills.Highly organized with attention to detail and good follow-up skills.Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
