Job Description:
Responsible for bridging the gap between the sales and marketing functions of the company by introducing marketing strategies, programs and projects based on the company's strategies to meet organizational objectives. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be involved in all phases of marketing including but not limited to Product Marketing, Market Research, Campaign Management, Event and Campaign Management in Mexico and other Latin regions.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Conduct Market and Product analysis, current market conditions, and competitor information to develop sales and marketing tools, resources and content to enhance sales performance.Launch new products and handle basic product marketing functions.Design and manage promotional materials and sales collateral, such as brochures and presentations for new and existing products.Create, manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and events by analyzing the sales data.Collaborate with sales and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts through social media or any other means deemed necessary.Establish and maintain relationships with parent company, vendor, partner and customer to align with business goals.Monitor, review, and report all marketing activities and results.Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.Work with Sales Staff to develop and grow the sales pipeline to meet quotas.Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.Event planning & implementation. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience & task experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Proficiency in PC/MAC environments, including Microsoft Office and PageMaker.Works well with deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Spanish.Experience managing similar products is ideal (not mandatory).
