Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
Lead generation through research, cold calls, and networking to identify new prospects.
Keep client relationships and leads warm through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve loan volume and revenue targets.
**Qualifications**:
Fluent in English.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in all tasks.
Comfortable working with numbers and performing data analysis.
Experience in sales, real estate, or financial services (a plus!).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of real estate financing or lending processes is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
