Sales Coach responsibilities are: Acting as a mentor to sales agents
Reinforcing sales best practices and integrate those to the sales agents phone practice
Evaluating agents strengths and weaknesses
Implementing strategies to help guide employees
Monitoring employee performance

Requirements: Experience as a Sales Coach/ Sales Trainer
Call Center experience
Familiar with Microsoft MS 365
