Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-up. - Manage the sales calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments - and timely communication with clients. - Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism - Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to facilitate clear communication and information flow. - Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information on Equivity's services and addressing any concerns. - Regularly update and distribute sales-related information to ensure all team members are well-informed and aligned. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software
Experiência y requisitos
Key Requirements: - High sense of responsibility. - At least 2 years of experience in Sales. - Proficient in handling constant inbound calls and processing outbound calls. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Written and conversational English skills (100% fluency). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Flexible availability to respond to certain inquiries during weekends.
