DNV SCPA México. Our sales team is assigned to various regions across México. We sell Risk management Services, including management system Certification, sustainability assurance, responsible sourcing assurance and audits, and training, to companies of all sizes across multiple industries.
The Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring that sales targets are achieved by developing contacts and approaching new potential strategic markets and promoting pertinent DNV SCPA services as per the established sales & marketing strategy, tactical plan, and marketing plan.
What You'll Do Responsible for generating and closing leads and opportunities within SCPA for SMETA protocol, in accordance with DNV's México strategy and individual targets Builds and maintains effective and professional relationships and close cooperation with key internal stakeholders and support teams, including Key Account Managers, Program Managers, technical teams, operations, and finance areas Executes business development and offers solutions to prospects based in Mexico for domestic opportunities, encountering potential expansion of DNV in Sedex/SMETA in Mexico Visits potential customers to present and prospect for new supply chain audits programs Develops and issues proposals, negotiates fees, and finalizes terms and conditions as necessary Secures appropriate legal documents for client relationships, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and statements of work Prospects and qualify opportunities within identified Strategic and Target Accounts Develop close partnerships with the client service team to ensure transparency and understanding of client information and requirements Develops business and marketing plans with México Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the achievement of targets Performs key administrative functions: preparation of pipeline reports, CRM updates, maintenance of data in Intranet, and other reports/presentations as may be required by management Makes presentations to various groups within the prospect's organization when needed Acts as the lead person in preparing the written proposal in response to requests from the market Actively promotes the image, capability, and integrity of DNV to the marketplaceBenefits Paid time off (Vacation days above the law, sick days, company holidays, personal days)Medical, Dental, and Vision plan benefitsPension PlanCompany-provided life insuranceChristmas BonusFood TicketsFlexible work schedule with hybrid/remote opportunitiesAdvancement opportunitiesBenefits may vary based on position, tenure, location, and employee election How We Do It WeCare, WeDare, WeShare

What is Required A minimum of five years of business development experience with assurance, audits schemes within the market DNV acts inExperience prospecting and working with Large EntitiesDemonstrable client service and presentation skillsAbility to negotiate and manage contractual arrangementsProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TeamsIntermediate written and verbal English communication skillsWe conduct preemployment background screeningWhat is Preferred Preferred demonstrated sales in sustainable sourcing, SMETA and other suppliers' audit programsKnowledge of and/or experience with ISO standards, supply chain auditsKnowledge/experience with CRM systems, ideally Oracle-based*Immigration-related employment benefits, for example visa sponsorship, are not available for this position
