**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross functional departments (finance, quoting, data teams, etc.) to ensure accurate pipeline and reliability of the Salesforce CRM data
- Generate regular and ad-hoc Salesforce metric analysis for Sales and Marketing Leadership Team to monitor performance across a range of key Marketing and Sales team performance
- Manage monthly sales commission process; calculating individual sales rep commissions; creating monthly sales commission statements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in data, analytics, or sales operations-based roles Preferred
- Salesforce CRM Dashboard and report creation experience
- Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a "can-do" attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
- Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Confident individual with enthusiasm and aptitude to create, catalog & optimize
- Ability to identify issues and recommend meaningful and creative action plans
