The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for the database development, tracking, management, and administration of all GPO/IDN contracts and pricing agreements.
This position will work with National Accounts to develop a GPO/IDN contract database along with any processes required to manage it.
This position will conduct historical sales reporting along with preparation of data to assist in RFP/RFI submissions along with pricing assessments in proposed agreements.
The position will also work with finance for the reporting and payment of administration fees.
The Sales Support Analyst works closely with National Accounts, Customer Service, and Sales Representatives to ensure pricing modifiers and customers are setup accurately and efficiently to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role.
Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need
- Responsible for database integrity by documenting and maintaining all contracts and pricing agreements
- Manages, analyzes, and resolves data-related issues.
- Manages/updates all GPO/IDN Pricing and Summary files to ensure accuracy by updating MS Excel databases and NetSuite Customer Master
- Accesses GPO Portals to process and maintain membership approvals.
- Maintains both new products additions and obsolete products on Contracts
- Maintains customer master data fields within Oracle related to but not limited to, GPO Member ID, IDN Name, Party Name, GPO Name and Customer Classifications
- Works directly with customers, customer service, GPOs, and sales representatives to resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Manages GPO Rosters.
- Conducts routine data cleanse within NetSuite Customer Master
- Ensures that all GPO/IDN customers in NetSuite's customers master have the most current GPO Member ID, GPO Name, and IDN Name
- Ensures Master Data integrity in key systems, develops and documents the processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity, and maintains the processes to support the data quality
- Other Contract, tracings, pricing and/or customer master duties as assigned.
**Required Education and Experience**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in related field such as data management and/or contract administration
- Must speak English fluently
- High proficiency in MS Excel required
- Transactional experience with ERP systems (i.e., SAP) preferred

**Travel**
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time; international travel is required
- Employee is expected to spend 10 business days within the first two months of hire in Houston, TX for training
