As a Sales Specialist for ECS, you'll be working with top technology companies as your customers, supporting the sales process and ensuring a seamless acquisition of our products in a demanding and fast paced environment.What You'll Be Doing:Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer baseWorking with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirementsOwner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricingWork with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery statusLiaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashionOn-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.What We Are Looking For:Typically requires a 4-year degree or high school level education.1-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, post sales services, buying, planning, or procurement.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in EnglishDesirable knowledge in Salesforce.Work Arrangement:Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from homeWhat's In It For You:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job
