We empower our contractors to expand their impact and take on new challenges thatdrive real business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:CPQ Ownership: Take full ownership of Salesforce CPQ enhancements and ongoingsupport, ensuring scalability and system performance.Global CPQ Administration: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization ofSalesforce CPQ across all regions, ensuring smooth operation in a global, multicurrency, and multi-language environment.Requirements Gathering: Document business requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications.Hands-on Development: Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, and proof of concept for CPQ enhancements, including product configuration, complex pricing andproduct rules, and standard quote templates.Best Practices & Execution: Apply CPQ best practices tailored to business needs, witha strong focus on delivering results.Integrations: Lead technical design and validation of integrations, including SalesforceCPQ integration with NetSuite and other 3rd party applications.System Support: Provide day-to-day Salesforce platform and user support,troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) experience with a strong backgroundin hands-on experience in product setup, product rules, pricing, discounting, and quotetemplates.Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred; Salesforce Sales Cloud certification isa plus.Experience supporting global, multi-currency CPQ implementations with multi-languagesupport.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaborativelywith cross-functional teams and across different time zones.Demonstrated leadership in managing the full project lifecycle, from requirementsgathering to implementation and support.Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for continuous learning and applying newtechnologies
