We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Salesforce Developer. Preferred experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 Years of Vlocity Experience (i.E. Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components: Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, Vlocity Actions, Vlocity Document Templates, Vlocity CLM). Working experience as a Vlocity Technical Lead and handling customer expectations. Working experience in Solution Designing and Problem Solving. Working experience in DocuSign Integration. Stay up to date with Vlocity releases, analyze the new features incorporated in the releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements. Working experience in Vlocity Upgrade installation. Provide development guidance to the former Vlocity developer to find solutions for complex requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Vlocity-related issues and user inquiries. Basic understanding of deploying Vlocity components via FLOSUM. Perform unit testing, system testing, and bug fixing to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions. Advanced English. Why Cognizant?
