Requisition ID: 33420- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX Grodzisk Mazowiecki, PL Oragadam, INDanfoss is looking for a SAP EWM/WM Warehousing Consultant for our One ERP team. One ERP is the foundation of Danfoss' digital transformation which will be made possible by aligning business processes, SAP configurations, business forms, master data definitions and training material across the entire organization. You will join a highly motivated One ERP Program Team with members from the four Danfoss segments and key corporate functions. Together they have mapped end-to-end business processes, built the system template, and established various interfaces using the latest technology available.
You will be working as part of a core team of business process experts in the warehousing area to develop the future ERP solution for Extended Warehouse Management in Danfoss A/S. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Design, development, test and implementation of SAP EWM to effectively meet the business requirements (overall responsible from start until end), with some focus to ensure alignment with IM, WM, and DWM processes
- Create design documents, functional specs for development activities
- Perform structured testing activities from test plan creation to integration and user acceptance testing
- Prepare training material and perform end-user training
- Help and support during go-live
- Conduct structured follow up with local business partners (i.e. implementation/stakeholder management)
Your location can vary but travelling is required to meet with team members, and it may be required to meet with site locations during the roll-in period of One ERP.
**Background & Skills**:
- Experience in facilitating business process analysis and design workshops
- Project management skills, managing different tasks at the same time, and the ability to lead projects and secure decisions in a matrix environment
- The ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures in a matrix team organization to find solutions
