.**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5001: Carrier - Plant A, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Location**: Digital Hub, MX**Description****Primary Responsibilities**:- Lead implementation projects in accordance with Carrier IT's methodologies and governance model and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solution designs are well coordinated and aligned to the overall ERP enterprise architecture- Design, develop, and test system solutions to address business requirements, in alignment with the global solution template.- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with the development team to get those built and tested.- Analyze the existing business processes and business data and provide proactive & Constructure recommendations for improvement.- Create solution prototypes when teams are working on future design models.- Controlling solution development to ensure standards are being observed**Experience**:- Experience in defining and maintaining global templates and play books for Finance scenarios.- Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation- Experience in design, delivery, and support of **SAP **Central Finance** (CFIN)** **and S/4 HANA environments- Experience leading the Finance workstream for an ECC/S/4 HANA Finance end-to-end implementation for a global, manufacturing company.- Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN); understanding of integration with other SAP modules.- Deep understanding of Corporate Finance Processes supported by Central Finance such as central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services- A conceptual thinker with the professional skills to create compelling solutions, considering business objectives as well as appropriate regulatory and technical requirements.- The ability to excel in a global team environment, effectively communicate and achieve results is critical- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively work with limited oversight.**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.**Characteristics**:- Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders.- Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of its ideals and strategies.- Highly innovative with aptitude for foresight, systems thinking and design thinking.- Vendor and technology- neutral — more interested in achieving targeted business outcomes- Practical in approach to problem solving and decision making.**Travel**:You will be required to travel as is determined by the needs of our businesses.
