Job Description SAP S/4HANA Project Management : • Lead the planning, implementation, and rollout of the SAP S/4HANA system.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee testing and deployment.
System Optimization and Integration : • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing applications and emerging technologies.
• Deliver reliable 24X7 infrastructure and application support according to business expectations for a manufacturing site • Ensure IT Security according to the Central Directive compliance.
• Coordinate the IT Application Landscape for San Luis Potosi Plant • Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ CD03800 and applicable standards.
Innovation and Digital Strategy : • Drive innovation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies like AI, IoT.
• Develop strategies to align IT capabilities with business needs, focusing on creating competitive advantages.
Stakeholder Collaboration : • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development : • Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Computer Science or related technical degree preferred.
Fluent in speaking and writing English.
IT Budget management 5+ years of experience in software development or technology infrastructure Strong knowledge in cyber security 3+ years of experience in a leadership role Proven 3+ years of experience in SAP managing service lifecycle.
Proven ability to set direction and inspire team members to engage and successfully deliver on a vision.
Proven ability to design and map processes.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills.
Strong IT Service Management and standards experience.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
A management style that is collaborative, energetic, and results oriented.
