The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker comfortable researching supplier data in multiple systems, understanding SAP data structures, and meeting performance metrics.Your Impact:As SAP Supplier Master Data Request Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:Decision Making: Use critical thinking, research of existing data and transactional activity, and analysis of change impacts to decide the best actions to take to meet business needs.Data Quality Standards: Understand and adhere to data quality standards to drive decision making and prevent dirty data.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with requesters to understand and meet business needs.Achieve Performance Metrics: Work with urgency and accuracy to address stakeholder requests in a timely manner that is correct the first time and minimizes negative impact.Data Privacy Management: Support enforcement of policies and procedures to protect sensitive and personal data. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for data handling and usage.Documentation and Training: Develop and document standard operating procedures, train new team members, and provide refresher training as needed.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Education:Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field.Experience:Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and sustaining effective business processes.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, PowerBI).Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to excellence in customer service.Detail-oriented with a focus on data and analytics.Previous experience with master data.Familiarity with process automation and technology-driven improvements
