He/she will work in a multicultural environment in collaboration with other disciplines with a strong focus on quality.As an Scrum Master, responsibilities will include but not limit to:+ Educates the team in generic agile methods and practices+ Coaches the team in problem solving and conflict resolution+ Enable the team to self-organize, self-manage and collaborate via agile practices+ Facilitates team meetings, agile ceremonies, and events of the Agile Release Train+ Facilitates team's progress toward goals and planning process of the program+ Identify, track and resolve impediments within the Agile Team+ Acts as an interface and guide for the team, protecting it in the usage of agile methodologies+ Develops reporting methods and metrics to improve team peformance and monitors team health and its progress+ Coordinates follow up within the team and other Agile teams to identify and manage risks and dependencies
