We are honored to be recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the Top 10 companies to work for in Mexico, offering a highly flexible work environment, impactful Agile projects, a results-oriented culture, extensive training opportunities, and robust career development support.Join us in this exciting journey where you will collaborate with a world-class team in different sectors to build a comprehensive solution, working closely with diverse teams.ResponsibilitiesGuide and coach 1 or more SCRUM teams on how to use Agile practices and principles.Lead and facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies, using dynamic and creative ways to preserve people's engagement during virtual meetings.Proactively resolve team impediments, identify risks, and develop action plans.Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functional skillset.Manage the full development life-cycle of a team in a distributed environment.Get teams to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement; applying appropriate group development techniques.Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, working within the project team.Partner with the product, developers, and engineering lead(s) to ensure the teams' roadmap and backlog priorities are maintained to enable a smooth agile development process and minimize blockers.Meet frequently with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and needs.Manage changes with product manager(s) and engineering leads.Monitor the team's development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers.Collaborate with product manager(s), developers, and engineering teams to ensure epics and user stories are clearly defined and properly phased to facilitate timely delivery of functionality.Lead communication and solution delivery with cross-functional operating teams.Communicate status, risks with resolution plans, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams.Manage resolution of urgent engineering issues while communicating changes to business stakeholders.Work with the engineering and product leadership teams to ensure they are fully engaged in strategic and tactical planning decisions.SKILLSMust haveBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project coordination or management experience, preferably in an IT setting.Experience in computer and/or email/M365 migrations.Experience and working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tracking software.5+ years of experience leading development teams.3+ years of experience as SCRUM Master.Certification from a recognized Agile organization; any methodology is welcomed (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, Less, Lean, PMI-ACP)
