.ENGINEERING GRADUATEFUNCTIONS**STRATEGIC**: 55 %.Develop strategic investment studies based on GVD program timings for code 1 and others assigned projects focused on reducing waste and losses based on Plant CD and business case analysis.Create Critical Route Timings with attainment to the GVD for code 1 and others assigned projects in detailed for all GA Line.Create Specification Package considering Process and Product Standards, GD&T, government regulations, cycle time of the process, establishing all the KPI´s and deliverables based on Stellantis standards.Plan and coordinate interaction with the productive area for the introduction of new machinery and equipment in new or existing facilities for the manufacture of vehicles designated to Mexico Plants.Development and approval of layouts, program issuance and control plans.Supplier technical evaluation for purchase sourcing procedure to select the supplier desire based on the technical proposals for Tooling and Machinery Manufacturing.Creation, issuance and follow-up of Indirect Source Package and Purchase Requisitions to procure new machinery, tooling or facilities as product and process requires.Consider and assure the compliance of the Government Policies and regulations as part of the tooling/Facilities.Project management since the program approval phase until successful launch identifying the resources needed in each step for success vehicle vertical Launch.Feasibility studies Development to identify and fix the issue since the product design phase avoiding impact to the production line based on DFA, Value Engineering, PFMEA´s and Digital Scroll Review.Maintain actual ISO certifications.
