Make an impact with us!Who you'll work withWho you are- You are able to review customer data in the form of network topologies, and crash, log, or other device files to seek out anomalies- Deliver solutions that lead to problem resolution or mitigation with a high level of customer satisfaction- You're able to listen, accept, and follow direction from more senior engineers.- You can effectively engage resources outside your team to further the solve and resolution of issues which may include other technical support engineers, account teams, partners, and development engineers.- You enjoy providing leadership and training to other members of your team but also know how to take guidance.Minimum Requirement- You have 2+ years experience and a real passion for supporting network security NGFW.- You're experienced at solving advanced networking issues and have a superb grasp of fundamental networking theory.- Linux Administration/FreeBSD.- Advanced Wireshark analysis.- Web Proxy support experience.- Ability to fix complex scenarios on Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA) and Cisco Defense Orchestrator (CDO).- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including networking concepts, security groups, and virtual private clouds.- Understanding in configuring and managing various firewall solutions in multi-cloud environments.- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security principles, with the ability to diagnose and fix complex network issues.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences.- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Fundamentals, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or equivalent, would be a strong advantage.- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.Desired Skills- Python Programming or other scripting experience.- CCNA Security or CCNP Security.- Strong foundations and hand-on experience configuring and fix Cisco Security products.- AWS, Azure,GCP certification.**Why Cisco?**WeAreCisco
