This position will support developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures across the organization.What challenges will you face?Developing and implementing security policies and procedures for the organization.Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Tracking security budgets and resources.Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency response agencies on security matters.Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and associates.Leading investigations into security incidents and breaches.Developing and delivering security training and awareness programs for associates.Fostering effective teamwork and collaboration within the security team and associates.Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Ensuring the physical security of the organization's facilities.Managing security-related technology through the implementation of minimum physical security standards.Responding to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.Monitoring and analyzing security threats and trends to adjust security strategy as needed.Promoting a common understanding and culture around security at Atlas.What specific knowledge do you need?Bachelor's or master's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.Between 10-15 years of experience in security management or a related field.Professional security certification, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
