Our scope of engagement includes modern front-end development, data streaming, data warehousing, modern APIs, and other areas.Position overviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, document, model, and manage requirements through the full project lifecycleWrite user stories and acceptance criteria in BDD formatTake an active part in daily communications with stakeholders and other team representativesCollect business requirements so as to formulate the problems to solveCollect and analyze data from various sources to form functional and non-functional requirementsCreate detailed requirements for a development team to implementConduct business data analysisRequirements4+ years of experience working as a business analystBasic theoretical knowledge of business analysis and requirements engineeringSkills in analyzing, documenting, and modeling requirementsSkills in managing requirements throughout the project, knowledge of the main models of the project's life cycleAbility to skillfully convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirementsExperience in supporting sales during the RFI/RFP stage and discovery phaseExperience in Finance or Travel domainsGood spoken EnglishNice to haveExperience in developing drafts of user interfacesExperience with cloudsBusiness processes modeling, knowledge of notations and methodologiesProfessional certification (CCBA, CBAP - IIBA, PMI-PBA - PMI, CPRE - IREB)
