The Senior Consultant will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management and sign-off of customer requirements and delivery deadlines, effective communication with key customer stakeholders and internal management, the project management of internal and external project resources, and managing the project budget.
**Responsibilities**:Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated, and approved according to the required proceduresEnsure the project is planned in a manner that delivers the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptionsEnsure the project is resourced appropriatelyAnalyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate them as appropriateEnsure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting are providedEnsure requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and trackedChairing appropriate governance meetings and ensuring outputs and artifacts are produced and distributedUtilize the relevant governance bodies/steering committees for the purpose they are establishedEnsure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communicationEnsure the project ends according to the agreed financial planManage project team members consistent with our management principlesEnsure the project closes according to the required procedures including post-implementation reviewsSkills And RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required with a cumulative GPA of 3
