.Alboalbo is a leading fintech company offering financial products to individuals and SMB's with the mission to bring financial freedom to everyone everywhere.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content & Social Media Senior to join our team and help us expand our product through assertive and engaging communication strategies in various media, channels and formats.What you'll be doing at albo:You will be responsible for planning, managing and executing the brand's communication strategy across various formats, channels and media. You will be part of the Brand team, but you will also work hand in hand with the Product, Marketing and Customer Service team, in order to align all communication according to the needs.You will also create and implement the strategy on our social channels, so it is essential that you are aware of trends, have experience with influencer management, as well as a passion for designing and promoting high quality content that appeals to different audiences and provides value.Objectives and responsibilities**Analysis & Insights**:- Observe and analyze the market, the context, the consumer, our customers and competitor trends.- Assist in conducting audits to assess brand position in the market and ways to reinforce it through content and storytelling.- Research and establish keywords to write search engine optimized (SEO) copy that is entertaining and informative.- Manage relationships and follow-up with agencies for the collection of reports, metrics, data, etc.**Strategy**:- Familiarize yourself with organization's ideals and brand principles to create content that supports their objectives and identity.- Oversee the creation and management, by a content production team, of content specific to each brand's channels.- Align strategy and operation through a master content calendar that schedules all aspects of content creation and delivery and lines of communication throughout the year.- Work with the brand strategist, brand management, marketing and product colleagues to craft core messages and define content for product and marketing campaigns.**Collaboration**:- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate our brand promise, and ensure that all products, services and communications consistently communicate that promise.- Manage communications with agencies, producers, copywriters and designers to oversee the production of content and ensure its consistent tone and messaging- Assist the team in delivering online and offline communications across different channels and media by overseeing tactics.- Overseeing the approaches on copywriting and ux-writing to ensure consistency and appropriateness of the brand messages & promises.About you and what type of skills you'll need:- At least 5 years of experience developing concepts and communication.- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and original way
