Each of these experiences helps students to see beyond the classroom and to see the world - and themselves - in new ways.The **Senior Course Leader Coordinator** will focus on providing financial support to a team of over 500 Course Leaders-our educators in the field, leading our programs.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:- Coordinate payroll: review timesheets, correct errors, follow up on issues- Calculate and submit gratuities for payment- Coordinate CL expenses in Concur- Oversee Divvy/Bill card usage and coding- Train Course Leaders to use finance related platforms/apps- Remain professional, positive, and friendly during challenging situations- Provide general support for the CL Management Team and CLs on program- Assist with developing in person and virtual trainingsWorldStrides, a global organization, is committed to educate and serve communities worldwide.
