Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionThe Sr CRM Manager is responsible for leading the design and delivery of marketing automation solutions to meet the business goals and technical requirements of our global roster of clients & prospects.The ideal candidate will be a professionally certified subject matter expert of one or more CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and must be able to articulately consult with clients to develop best in class solutions.A successful Sr CRM Manager will work closely with the CRM leadership and will be able to translate the client's business requirements into technical solution designs and automated program flows. They should be able to confidently lead client workshops, coordinate relevant internal resources, accurately scope projects and influence internal and external stakeholders at a senior level. Responsibilities Be the technical lead on client engagements for their business challenges related to marketing automation initiatives.Present the benefits of the marketing automation architecture and integration capabilities.Create, manage and present an actionable Functional Specification Document (FSD, Blueprint) based upon the Business Requirements Document (BRD) that aligns a client's business needs to that of the platform solutions.Lead the implementation of the functional & technical solution as defined in the FSD.Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members e.G. Client Partner, Technical Engineering lead, Investing Analytics lead, etc.Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.Collaborate with the CRM lead in accurately scoping projects and work closely with project managers to create and adhere to project plans and timelines.QualificationsKnowledge & Experience RequirementsUnderstanding and hands on experience of using and implementing marketing automation platforms.Experience on Pardot, Big Query, Personalization Studio and Tableau is a significant plus.Experience leading customer facing discussions.Creating Functional Specification Documents.An understanding in leveraging WebServices - SOAP and REST APIs
