BGSW operates four development centers: two in India, one in Vietnam, and one in Mexico.Job DescriptionAs a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be instrumental in crafting an exceptional employee experience while maintaining a strong focus on business goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with leadership to design and implement strategies that foster a high-performance culture, develop talent, and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
