It provides healthcare companies with a platform that addresses critical compliance and security challenges and helps to improve providers' productivity.The goal is to create a SaaS product from the ground up in a public cloud framework.Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree.5+ years of development experience in a Linux environment.Working knowledge of the Linux operating system including kernel, Filesystem Hierarchy Standard, operating system configuration, repositories, and rpm packaging.Working knowledge of Perl, shell scripting, PHP, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and the Linux operating system.Working knowledge of networking principles (e.G., DNS, DHCP, firewalls, etc.) and network troubleshooting.Working knowledge of Linux security principles and utilities (e.G., TLS, ACLs, AppArmor, etc.)Experience with database principles.Experience with cloud environments Azure and AWS.Strong proven design skills with the ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high expectations.Solid experience with the full software development life cycle and a proven track record in successfully bringing products to market.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact well with both internal teams and external customers and partners.Experience working in an agile scrum environment is a plus.Knowledge of VMWare and hypervisors is a plus.Knowledge of the SUSE Linux operating system distribution is a plus.Job Responsibilities:The qualified candidate will work as a member of the platform software development team focused on the Linux operating system for Client's current and future SSO appliances. The platform team is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of the SSO virtual appliances that are deployed on-premises and in the Azure cloud. This role will include the configuration and maintenance of the Linux operating system in the SSO appliance; software development for the setup, configuration, and management of multi-appliance enterprises, including networking; analysis and remediation of reported security vulnerabilities; setup, configuration, and integration with external servers and endpoints; and remediation of customer escalations pertaining to the appliance.Responsibilities:Responsible for design and delivery of the operating system and the software responsible for setup, configuration, and integration for the virtual appliance.Experience developing and debugging software in a multi-threaded environment.Develop operating system application functionality within a dynamic agile scrum environment.Create high-quality code testable through automation.Create unit and functional automated tests.Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
