About The Role
After launching Netflix with Ads in late 2022, we have continued to innovate our offering to better serve advertisers while continuing to provide a best-in-class experience to ad-tier subscribers. We are building a new Integrated Marketing business unit and expanding our current creative capabilities to support this endeavor. Our goal is to help advertisers connect with our IP, fandoms, and the Netflix brand in innovative and impactful ways.
**Key Responsabilities**:
- Be a creative leader for the Marketing creative team in LATAM.
- Ideate, pitch and execute best-in-class creative campaigns in service of the Netflix advertising tier and our advertising partners
- Extract insights from partners and internal marketing teams to develop and steer the creative vision from concept through to execution
- Build foundational concepts that reflect the strategic intersection between the brand and the title
- Provide guidance and feedback to partner creative agencies and brands Translate our brand/marketing requirements into ideas the partner and ultimately consumer easily understands
- Introduce new partners and their agencies to the Netflix brand, creative guidelines, and workflowAttend brand/advertiser meetings and manage all creative relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: Integrated Marketing, Sales, Creative Marketing, Social, Content, Events, and Public Relations
**Requirements**:
- 15+ years of desired experience in a creative role (Art Director or Copywriter background) within the entertainment/media, advertising, or related industry.
- At least 5 years in a creative leader position (Creative Director and above)
- Passionate and curious about marketing, brands, and entertainment.
- Have key, demonstrable experience leading innovative creative solutions with notable brands.
- Strong experience in brand and/or consumer marketing.
- Partnerships experience a plus.
- Has a history of managing people and takes pride in helping others and the group succeed.
- Willing to invest the time and effort and sometimes even sacrifice personal goals for the benefit of the overall project.
- Confident presentation skills and excellent communication skills.
- Experience and palpable passion for building great content marketing programs that are unique and scalable.
- Clear and articulate writer/speaker, in Portuguese, Spanish and English, who is comfortable crafting a narrative and developing points of view, despite some ambiguity or uncertainty.
