Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Customer InsightsSalary: MXN 200,000 - 400,000As a member of the Customer Data and Technology team, the Senior Manager will serve as a critical link between Analytics, Marketing, and Operation teams across the organization. This individual will be responsible for the enablement of digital initiatives via data and technology to deliver personalized experiences for our customers and drive business growth.Responsibilities:Manage and develop a team, setting direction and deploying resources on various projects.Participate in organization-wide projects while providing guidance and expertise.Design, develop, and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies.Identify and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and technical teams.Build connections between people, systems, data, and technologies to deliver personalized experiences.Identify and drive changes in processes to improve data collection.Serve as a liaison for enterprise data/analytics teams to facilitate data collection strategies.Maintain relationships with internal partners to influence business and technology strategies.Qualifications:Clear communication skills, comfortable discussing design solutions and technology.Strong background in MarTech and Marketing Operations Performance.Solid understanding of data segmentation and targeting.Ability to read and understand campaign plans in relation to first-party data dependencies.Come as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
