Manager oversees the IT services and infrastructure at Teva Mexico local sites.
This role is the primary contact point for the global support teams and external vendors.
The manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of the site's IT end-user services and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.How you'll spend your dayLocal focal point for global IT Operations teams for projects and incidentsFocal point for local business and IT Stakeholder management for any type of IT Operations issuesExchange and fix infrastructure components in the respective areaCoordinate between business / IT stakeholder management and global ITO teamsContribute to continuous documentation of the system landscape in the respective areaFocal point for local hardware supplierIT Asset ManagementIT Budget ManagementEfficiently managing multiple projects and meet deadlines consistentlyOnboarding and mentoring of Internal/external IT Operations onsite engineersProvide technical support as a point of contact for IT for the site(s)End-user desktop, laptops, office IT with smart hand support for network and servers.
Installation support for various software on end-user systems and servers when requiredOffboarding support, collecting IT assets, sanitizing IT assets, and keeping in stockPerforms troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments and repairs on site(s) where requiredIdentifies potential issues that could adversely impact end-user experience and follow through on action stepsSupervision tickets on the ITSM platformReviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripheralsYour experience and qualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline5+ years' experience in IT Management positionsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenWell-versed in IT service management best practicesExperience in managing teams and projectsExperience coordinating and managing multiple suppliersStrong IT technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and other devices i.E
