As a Senior Product Manager on the Buyer Experience team, you will be responsible for developing a strategy and roadmap to hit ambitious goals that will make it easier than ever for buyers to shop on Etsy. As the product lead for your squad, you'll be partnered with a designer, engineering manager, analyst, and researcher to dive deep into customer problems and build creative, data-driven solutions that set Etsy apart.This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Product Manager and the base salary range will be XX-YY per year. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.This role requires your presence in Etsy's Brooklyn office in an in-person or flex capacity. With billions of items offered by 7.5 million sellers, we bring value to buyers, sellers, and Etsy by balancing data, qualitative research, and experimentation with e-commerce best practices to tackle the exciting challenges posed by operating at scale.What does the day-to-day look like?Craft a vision, define a roadmap, and prioritize consumer facing product features via opportunity sizing, experimentation, and continuous iteration.Partner closely with outstanding designers, engineers, user researchers, and data scientists to identify customer problems, explore potential solutions, and test hypotheses to ultimately build products that help Etsy shoppers find just what they're looking for.Define OKRs and track progress against them, communicate plans and updates to cross-functional partners and leadership, and drive the execution of your roadmap to hit your team's goals.Own your team's success metrics, including impact to our business and customers
