Overview:
Role:
In this operational position, you will
- Work with the local clearing houses in the country to complete the daily operational processes.
- Solve the problems identified that break down the continuity of the operation with the switches
- Escalate and communicate internally with different technical and operational areas, issues that require immediate actions.
- Work with the Business Operations area for event management report and tracking.
- Support to customer inquiries related to local dispute processing rules.
- Participate with Mastercard areas during some stages of the client implementations
- Use creativity to improve the operation model to the state-of-the-art
All About You:
- Have a clear understanding on the Mexico domestic transaction processing rules and processes.
- Easy to learn processes and procedures to work on a very specific calendar and schedule to complete daily activities, as needed
- Have a clear mission that focuses on settle daily operations among the clearing houses.
- Have a curiosity on new regulation and how will impact your day to day job.
- Easy to talk to other internal and external areas and organizations, you will need to stand on opinions or to debate different point of views in special with local clearinghouses in Mexico.
- Identify areas where resources fall short of needs and provide thoughtful and sustainable solutions to benefit the team.
- You are skilled at explaining technical and operational problems succinctly and clearly.
- You are a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker.
- You are always looking for potential solutions to solve problems.
