Your responsibilitiesResolving technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Nuevo Leon, Mexico and elsewhere.Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards, as well as technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals.Cost-effectively executing project deliverables on time in accordance with specifications, standards, and safety requirements.Maintaining a strong network of engineering professionals and disseminating engineering best practices to aid colleagues' development.Creating and delivering work plans, budgets and risk assessments.Developing your management skills by working with entry-level employees.Developing, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and tools, reporting inefficiencies and identifying improvement opportunities.Your backgroundBachelor´s Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Administrator, Aeronautical Engineering or related.5 years of experience working in similar position.Experience in the design of low or medium voltage control boards.Knowledge of CREO Modeling and/or SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Experience in engineering teams is a plus.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
